Bristol’s soon to be top Aibo

Friday, September 15th, 2006

SubSub is proud to support Bristol’s bid to become the Uk’s top digital city. Having recently been shortlisted as one of ten finalists, Bristol’s bid to ‘connect the city’ extends to much more than technological solutions. We’re looking at “embedding connectivity and digital media skills within all of the city’s communities”. So, the next step is to work closely with the councils and the communities to help  understand the problems and them generate the solutions. Of course SubSub will endeavor to be there with any technical know how we can add to the mix.

Keep up to date with what’s going on at connectingbristol.watershed.co.uk (soon to be www.connectingbristol.org)

The SubSub and Submerge blog is now alive. If all goes well then I hope this blog can become the beginning of a beautiful thing, and a scribe for the many activities that go on behind closed doors. Expect updates on the Submerge exhibition, current SubSub Productions, and general rants from all of the SubSub members.
